All inspections are due and payable at the time of inspection.
Credit cards, personal checks or cash are accepted. A fee of $ 50.00 will be charged for returned checks.
Re-inspection fees are quoted by the inspector prior to being performed.

- Contact us and confirm you wish to
have us perform the inspection
- Provide a credit card
deposit to guarantee payment if you will not be attending the inspection or if the house will take two time slots.
- Tell us what day and time slot you would like ( 9:00am or 1:30 pm )
- Provide us the inspection address, subdivision, a major
cross street and the Buyer's agent mobile telephone number and name
- Confirm this time slot with your agent and or the sellers and call us back to give a final confirmation. Please
confirm that the house has all utilities turned on.
- After
we hear back from you we will put you on the schedule.
- Please
refer to the " Real Estate Inspection " tab for additional information and responsibilites so that we may give you the best inspection possible.
- Remember ... there is a cancellation policy in effect.
If you are not ready for the inspection after you are booked and do not cancel within the allowable time frame (
24 hrs. minimum ) you will be charged in full as this time slot is lost to us.

- Provide
a credit card deposit to guarantee payment. If you attend the inspection you may pay with a check or cash
and the deposit slip will be returned to you.
- Provide
a rough time frame of where you currently are in construction so we can put you on a tentative list. We will
then wait for your updates.
- Inform your Builder
as soon as possible so he can expect additional coordination prior to proceeding with the next phase of construction. Inform them
that we need a minimum of 24 hours notice on when the foundation will be ready for our inspection. Continue
to check in with the Builder and receive an update.
- Inform
them we will need a complete set of blueprints and engineering specifications that were created for the house.
In addition, we would like to review all inspection reports that have been provided to date on the foundation and
other systems. Assure them they will not be copied or lost and that they will be returned to him by you on the
completion of the inspection. Inform them that our inspection cannot replace any required inspections by city
or municipal inspection departments. Our inspection is in conjunction with them and all city/mud inspections will
prevail over ours. We are providing you a professional opinion on compliance to code only. The city/mud
inspectors will provide them a pass or fail.
- Inform
them all work must be ready and complete and all plans and specs must be available at the time of the inspection
or a full fee is charged to you since the inspection slot is lost and not recoverable. You can re-book your
inspection for the same fee at a later date when all required documents are available. It is your responsibility
to ensure that the inspection is ready. We advise you to have your Builder confirm to you in writing.
- After the Builder confirms to you that all work is complete and that all
required construction documents are available at the site .. you are ready
- Call us and we will then confirm a specific time we will be there. Our report will be created at
the time of inspection and left with you or on site if the Builder has a container that is weatherproof.
- A copy of the inspection report and all photographic images will be kept on
file and are the property of Eagle Inspection. Copies of images may be used in the report at the sole discretion
of the inspector. If you wish copies of all digital images, we can forward them to you via email for
an additional fee.
